She walked right in the trailer without any hesitation, but was a nervous hauler and the trailer was rocking a bit, and she was sweaty when we unloaded her. Fortunately she didn't have to go very far. I think she does better in a trailer when she has another horse with her.

So, since I fell in love with Haley during the horse show, I have been dying to know how she has settled in and if she's progressing any further with her training. Have we heard anything?

Hi, I just realized that this part of the website existed I am Katie, I adopted Haley. She is doing very well! She had a bath recently and is extremely shiny and soft! She settled in just fine at her new home. She's coming along slowly but surely with training. Her biggest challenges are being calm when another horse leaves the arena, and picking up her leads correctly. Otherwise, she's doing great! She's a big sweetie and she gets as much love as she can handle!

I was just looking through pictures of the show last year, and I found pictures of the beautiful Haley. It made me wonder how she's doing.
Any updates/pictures, Katie?

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances in Katie's life, Haley is available for adoption once again. She is currently boarded at Machias Equestrian Center, if anyone is interested in her. If she does not find a new home by the end of August, she will be returned to SAFE. Contact me if you are interested in meeting Haley.

Does anyone know what Haley's skill level is? I want to think she's broke, right? I can't remember & know someone who's looking for a TB trail-ready horse. I do recall she did awesome in the show last year on the Trails course but wasn't sure if she was completely broke then or not.
