I realized I still had her Craigslist pictures on my computer...this is what was posted that made me finally cave in and say I'd take her! Pretty cool how much she's picked up, hey?

Well, I thought she was adopted but they flaked. She is still available. This mare is very rideable. I showed her to these folks the other night and she was so cute...wanted in the worst way to walk out the driveway and go trail ride. If someone petite is looking for a small, safe but not lazy trail horse, she'd be your dream horse. She has a killer neck rein on her and nothing spooks her except she does not like camera flashes.

This horse is cute, cute, CUTE! I got to meet Miss Clover last weekend, and she is a doll. I wish I would have had a horse like her when I was a kid.

My 2nd trip to the barn this am to shoo them all outside, I walk in and find Miz Clover standing halfway into the shavings bin ( which is adjacent to the front of Ish's stall ...) This lil imp has managed to skoot Ish's hanging feeder closer to where she can get her face into it and help Ish w/ his breakfast. ;D ;D Fast forward to horses romping / rolling in the pasture....After Ish gets all stretched out he starts to herd lil Clovie from one side to the other...( and as Cat has pointed out ) She gives a lil half hearted "get away from my butt " kick...and Ish fades off into the sunset..................................

ROTFL!
Well, I think we had already established she could climb up into the shavings bin. She is part goat, I swear. That's funny!

HA! I'd LOVE to see that! She found herself a little nest! Maybe you should call her "Birdie" instead!

I actually think that now that the shavings pile is flatter and she only has to step up abt a ft, thats shes sleeping like a baby in the shavings pile....seems to be alot more tell-tale evidence in her tail and on her face in the morning..... ;D

I am sure she is. The princess likes to be comfortable!
I will be out to see her tonight. Got busy with force-feeding the orphaned baby last night!

*snort* That really is the irony. The horse has a softer place to sleep than I do!

Clover , she made me laugh this morning..........Everyone was done w/ breakfast and it was time to go outside and roll and play naked games.... As Ish and Lark came into the barn alley, Clovie hops back into the shavings bin and wont get out.... Then its fattys, er Bucks, turn to come out. She wont leave the barn until she inspects the floor for more food. Usually I have to push, actually its more like a shove, out the barn door... I actually had to put on Clover's halter and lead her out of the shavings bin and out of the barn behind Buck as I'm slapping the lead rope on Bucks butt to keep her moving ... Between these 2 ol ladies ( 25 & 30 ) they have more get up and go than this ol lady ( Im not saying ) ;D I can't say enough abt Clover . She would be a wonderful horse to have for children and even small sized adults. Even tho she is small, shes a mover..and its so nice to beable to reach over her neck w/ one arm and give her a hug..I cant reach Lark's neck like that !!! shes an easy keeper and a lovey dovey........

And her coat is finally shining up...the hair IS coming off! I gave her a currying last night and it's coming out like nuts. If it gets warm enough this weekend, it will be shampoo bath time for Miss Clover.
