Haven't posted about my little buddy in a while. He's doing well and gearing up for a busy summer of showing and camping. Meeting his new buddy: His new home; 5 acre parcel. We put huge new stalls on it that have large gravel attached paddocks. He's living like a king. And wonderfully coming along under saddle..... (ridden by a Junior rider who is going to show him) Life is good.

No pictures this time, but Khramer got second at his first ever Competitive Trail Ride! (My mare came in first, surprise, surprise.) This was his first ride with lots of people and chaos and he was just a pro. Weather was awful so no photos, but I was very proud of him.
He had the lowest pulse and respiration score of any of the horses on the ride. He's in really great shape:-)
Next week he will be attending the Cascade Arabian Show to do Sport Horse in Hand, Halter, and two dressage classes.

Good for Khramer! Maybe Sera should let him win once in a while tho so he doesn't get a complex. Don't want him to have to go to the horse therapist where he can talk about his feelings of inadequacy toward his sister and how his mom loves her the most....

There's a vet bill I haven't had yet. You should have seen him going through water. He has a new command now "kill the puddle". He goes through water like a pro. But I swear he's shrieking like a little girl in his head every time he gets his toes wet....

Khramer went to his first show under saddle! He qualified for regionals in Dressage, got 3rd out of 17 in-hand (qualified for Nationals!!!), and beat my mare in a hunter class. (At an A System Arab show) He was just lovely. Best thing- he did everything with a Junior rider. He's turned out to be a prince. Thank you Chelsea for coming out to cheer him on:-)
