Do you think I could send the Colliegette dressage saddle over to you guys to sell? I have it listed in the tag sale. I could box it up and send it to someone over there. I also have a turnout blanket size 69 ready to donate to SAFE. I probably have afew other tack items to donate.

There was talk of a Tack Sale/Open House later in the Summer, July or early August, and I am sure that saddle would sell. I'd be happy to store it if needed.

Valerie - one of the professional organizers I contacted has some stuff (she used to do dog rescue - she's also forwarded word to the other pro organizers of her chapter. Are there any central "drop-off" areas? Also, is anyone willing to pick up stuff if it is in their general area?

I will pick up in Snohomish, Lake Stevens, Monroe, Sultan, Woodinville, Duvall.
We haven't really discussed a drop off area. Group?

Although if they could wait to drop off until just before the sale - maybe they could drop it off at Allison's (where the sale is) and she could put it in the general storage.

I would be fine with being a drop off location, they would just need to coordinate with me so I am there to take the items. I could also meet them at the storage unit for drop off.

I will be at Jaime's on Saturday if you want to swing by. Or I can drop by your house on my way home. Whichever works for you, Val.
It would probably be easier for me to handle the drop offs at storage since I live right there, what are your thoughts?

I can be a drop off site starting the weekend of the 21st. I'm leaving for NY on Saturday the 14th and will not be back until late Thurs the 19th but I would be happy to take any South End stuff: Federal Way, Auburn, Fife, Milton, Puyallup, Tacoma, Maybe even Kent/Tukwilla/Seatac/DesMoines, etc...should there be any offers down this-a-way!
It doesn't appear that we have a huge following this way but I'm still working on collecting items from my local people.

I posted the Garage Sale on Craigslist (let the wackos loose!) and someone is interested in tack for her ponies. Is anyone bringing anything of that caliber?
Thanks

I picked up a full load today of some fun stuff, including a very nice Tack Box! I snuck it all into my garage and it can sit there until I get back from NY next week and possibly even get out of there before Les even realizes it was ever there. My son helped pack it into my little SUV and we were stuffed to the gills but when he put it in the garage I had to actually look to see where it was, he's pretty sneaky too I guess. I wonder where he got that from? For sure I'll be able to bring a full pick-up full of stuff for the sale!

amy- are you collecting stuff for the eastside? I've got some stuff to donate but, unfortunatley, a trip up north is just not in the cards for the next couple of weekends.

Not really, as I am unable to attend the garage sale itself, however, I would be willing to transport it to Woodinville where I work if someone else is able to pick it up from there.
