Photos of Scotti's gelding yesterday: Just waking up, Hannah quiets him to keep him from getting up too soon. Up, but shaky: Getting some reassurance from Julie:

Wow, he has grown so much. He does look like he is sprouting up there.

I got the chance to meet this little guy last Monday. I was minding my own business, scooping a bit of poop alongside a row of noble shelters. When all of a sudden I had the feeling I was being watched... I looked up and saw three little faces staring at me from the arena. Babies! This guy seemed like the sweetest little thing. He wanted to be loved on and scratched, while the little black one wanted to show off by nipping and jumping on him. And of course, the little filly wouldn't be out done so she showed us her stuff by running and bucking as fast as those little feet would take her. They all are adorable. I'm sure people will be lining up for them in the spring.

I hope we still get updates from time to time. I'd love to see how this youngster turns out when he's all grown up.

While I was visiting I took these photos of the very adorable Biscotti who's showing just how flexible his Saddlebred neck is.... Look, I can get my head through the fence this way.... and this way.... and this gate too.... and I can reach over the top... and Ariel says "not me...I'm not doing that...no way!" but Biscotti thinks he's the funniest horse ever....

Scotti's adoption fell through due to no fault of his own, so there is still an opportunity to adopt this wonderful, funny, adventurous little baby who has a TON of personality and potential!

Naughty little Scotti got his shots today. He was good for the shots, he's just naughty in general. He's got the funniest personality, but he's a troublemaker!
