per his foster -
"The news from the vet was not at all bad.. she is believes that Rob has slight arthritis and because he needed his feet trimmed the one he was the most sore in was slightly toed in from overgrowth increasing the ache. I have him on rest and 2 grams of Bute a day, which the vet believes should take care of the pain and inflamation. Poor old man...he was just sore because he worked hard for a living...now he gets to rest and find a good home. The vet also says that Rob has great teeth when she floated his teeth for a horse of his age (20 or so) and that he is in great shape with a wonderful temperment...he lets you do anything to him! He would make a GREAT beginners horse or 4-h project!"

Great news about Rob. Now we just need to find him a loving home with someone who appreciates such a fine, loyal beast!

I would sooooo love to have Rob. I've been working myself up into a tizzy trying to make room for him, but shoot..... Every time I go out to the pasture to see which one goes to make room for him, I can't seem to choose one.
