Yeah, she just had a bit of a puffy suspensory, but I'm totally paranoid about things like that, we cold hosed (boy, did she think THAT was boring - she got very fidgety around the 15 minute mark) and poulticed until it looked perfect again. I have to get some more pictures of me actually riding her! I do, it's just I'm usually out there without a photographer.

Funny that was my last post. OK, I finally got the place I leased in late February fenced today! Sunline thinks it is about time, and that I am very lazy.

Congratulations on finally getting your fencing done. I bet the only ones happier about that were the horses. I'm glad you found a good place to settle. I bet you were tired of being a nomad.

She's funny because she is the only one of my herd who wants to gallop. I'll turn them out on the grass when I get home from work and she TEARS off and then realizes nobody came with her. So she whinnies and runs back to the others, who have moved just far enough from the barn to begin eating. She would definitely like something younger to play with!

The one on the left is Tostada, a 23 year old Argentine Thoroughbred who had to be retired out of polo due to a worsening heart murmur. I used to take care of her in L.A. She moved here two months ago to retire out. The one on the right is Kit, a 22 year old AQHA mare who Jellybelly saved from the meat guy at the Yelm auction a few years ago. Kit followed me around being adorable until I bought her. She has the best personality of any horse I've ever met in all of these years. She looks like she has led a very rough life, and she has the weirdest white "crop circles" on her coat, but she's definitely a registered Quarter Horse, and a very well bred one. She is a daughter of Obvious Conclusion.
