Teddies number brand 322 in straight up on the top of her back, right above her hip. The number would have to be in a location so the cowboy loading on them in the chute could read it easily. Honeycutt sure does have a lot of different brands. Did you ever find out where any of them were registered? I found out where Teddie came from, with a little luck and a little research.

oh wow hes got more than I realized! Heres a couple shots of his most obvious brands. I'd say you're right about the number brand and him being bucking stock. I havent had much luck finding more information on the brands, but I havent had a chance to dig too deep. What is the brand on his hip (not the number)? It kind of looks like >< > from the shot

the one on the shoulder is drawn correctly but the whole thing should be tipped to the left about 20 degrees.

Now that I see Teddie's brand I am not sure if what is on his hip is a brand or a scar, its been so long since I have seen it. I felt pretty strongly that it was a brand at the time and usually they are numbers if they are bucking stock. You'd need to get a better picture than the one I took since it was pretty blurry.

I met Honeycutt yesterday! What a lover!!!!! Here are some pictures - yes, he certainly likes to pose!! And one with Bonnie: From watching them together, I'm pretty sure that Honeycutt adores Bonnie as much as she adores him!!

Not to be a poop butt But, since there are so many more recent beautiful pictures of Honeycutt... Might the picture in his ad be changed IMO, it's a little misleading having him all tacked up ( and still looking spectacular) but I suppose Bonnie likes the old picture cuz it means he can stay w/ her longer..... ;D ;D ;D

what ad are you referring to, B? There shouldn't be any photos of him tacked up out there.

There are photos of him tacked up in the beginning of his thread. May I be so bold as to add that he looks amazing in dressage gear.

Perhaps she is referring to the bridled shot of him advertising for the show.

No, no; there was a photo of him somewhere on this website posing outside the arena at Jaime's wearing a dressage saddle and bridle. I *thought* it was in this thread, but it may have been moved or never there. I am not crazy, I swear

Well the photos most certainly existed, we in fact have quite a few of him wearing tack and even being ridden, while in training before we had to abandon all hopes of him being made into a riding horse. But they aren't being used in any advertisement at this point.

Geezie Peezie........don't all jump at once Yes'm , for those who are * newer* members, I was refering to his Petfinder advertisement photo. the descriptions of the * been around waiting along time rescues* are based on how the horses were received at the time of rescue, and obviously came w/ old pictures . Rainbow looked all that and a bag o chips in her picture,too..But then take a load of her teeth and feet. Ishmael was supposed to be pushy and dominate....NOT !!! So after awhile, after training, settling down ( as in Honeycutts case), maybe a review/ revision might be in order.?? I also think that as SAFE progressed, the updating of the newer rescues has taken place. Now, can I get up again.? ;D......remember ,Im old....you young whippersnappers... I come out of hybernation every once in awhile
