Raffles would be a good tip. Any body out there willing to do some lemonade or kool-aid stands? I sure wish I could go, I doubt I can. I am free on the 30th - Maybe! If you need help w/ any thing, let me know. I'd be more than happy to help. Will there be booths? I'm no pro at clinics but game booths to raise money for the SAFE horses sounds fun.. LOL.

Hi Can I get more info on the clinic? Can we camp? Can I get directions? Do I need to sign up? I have only been to one clinic and not with my horse, what do I need to bring?
HC are you going to bring your new paint? I just love her pics, would really like to meet her!

I don't have full answers to your questions yet, but meanwhile here are a few camping places close to Monroe I found on the internet: First, a map: [ftp] www.monroetourism.com/MonroeVisitor.cfm?t=Map&p=Map[/ftp]Camping: [ftp]http://www.1000trails.com/site/page/pg3487-as53.html[/ftp] [ftp]http://www.monroetourism.com/MonroeVisitor.cfm?t=Camping%20and%20Hiking&p=Camping[/ftp] I also called the Evergreen Fairgrounds and am waiting to hear back about stall rental there, and possibly camping.

Is it possible to just go for one day? If so, would you still have to pay the $200?

Appylover - there are two options:
1) Come and bring your horse and work hands-on with your horse in the clinic.
2) Come and watch for one or both days, for a small auditing fee.

Is it possible to just go for one day? If so, would you still have to pay the $200? HC - if there is room I am sure we could accomodate one day of participation. Priority would be given for attendees for the complete clinic. We will have an application up soon that you can fill out and send in! Price would be 1/2.

I hope you can come, HC! It would be so nice to meet you in person! Would you be bringing your beautiful new girl?
Haven't heard back yet from the fairgrounds but I shall call them again. I'm also working on another possibility (for horses)...
