actually, there is a funny story that goes w/ the last picture of lark. i had 5 tons of hay delivered a week ago, so the barn is stuffed...i even had to use a stall for storage... i was home ill mon/tues..wen i finally got down to the barn at abt 10 am yesturday, i didnt see the horses...they had, actually it was probably fat ol buckwheat, broken into the back side of the barn to the stall w/ the hay... so they all got BUSTED and sent out to the pasture...i had to nail up 3 boards along the side of the stall to keep them out ..they had pulled 2 bales over the wall and dragged one out to the padock where u see lark in this picture...so that was that, and i : thot i had it fixed... i slid the main door partially shut, not wanting to not let the hay breathe....there is an inside gate that closes x the main door, cuz ol fat buckie can push open the main door... never did i think, that sweet quiet Larkspur wud steal hay !!!! but now uall can testify that she is a sneak ;D and a gentle one !!!!!!

She's a problem-solver, not a sneak! ;D
I would give $$ to see the Trio hauling the bales over the stall walls - wonder if they cooperated and did it as a team?

Very, very pretty. It has always made me smile to witness the change in color - you know things are as they should be, good food, lots of fresh water & loved & knowing it. She really is a pretty, pretty girl, quite elegant actually. Good Job!!

now that u mention it, the bales did resemble catepillars
and Gala i had to give MR. T, a large teddybear to consol him, after banging into the fence trying to chase the doe/fawn outa the back yard...they were only munching on the cherries...geeeze and mr . t doesnt like cherries...( hes my dog )
