I'm looking for any info on a POA gelding owned by Jean Elledge and sold privately. If you have any info or a suggestion on where I should look, please email me at bebedolly77@yahoo.com. I would love to be able to just find out what his name was. In searching, I found a POA named Toby but the description does not match. Thank you so much. Sabrina

Hi Sabrina, I am aware of a few Appaloosas that were not part of the seizure and were assumed sold or deceased but no POAs. You might contact a woman named Carly that used to work there, she remembers a lot of the horses that Jean owned during the years she worked for her. Her email is carlyb@cablespeed.com. Good luck!

Good luck! just because I'm feeling very hopeful right now...I'll add that Sabrina & I have already spoken today and discussed the possibility that this is the POA that was sold in the parking lot after the auction where it had been previously reported that Coconut & a POA (possibly belonging to the same prior owner) had been taken but no-saled! We're waiting for the BOS signed by Elledge on the pony, which Sabrina saw but did not note the date, just the name...so if it's prior to Nov 13, 2006, then we have a piece of the puzzle that is "WHO is Coconut?"...it's not the answer, but at least a confirmation of that part of the story. ..anxiously waiting!
