Count me in for the office stuff again, Bonnie/Allison.

Oh, yeah. If you and Emily can take the office that would be awesome. You two were great. Cat's got ring steward, but it would be nice to have another person available so she can get a break.

I've put out a call to the volunteer email list for a poop patrol crew. While I think it should be up to individual participants to keep up the parking lot (and stalls!!) it's not as easy to pick up after your horse when you're riding so I thought if we just designated a crew for that, it would just make it so much easier on everyone.

I would love to help out, too. I can do whatever. I live right by frontier park, literaly I can practically hop a fence to get there, so I will be there for sure!

Bonnie, is there a specific job you want to put me down for? I will do whatever you need, I just need to be available to help Craig show his horse in a few Western walk/trot classes. It will be his first show.

I am also going to be coordinating/managing the bringing of SAFE horses to the show. I will need volunteers who are able/willing to haul horses as I only have a 2-horse trailer, but as there are stalls this year we could bring an unlimited number of horses as long as we have volunteers to help with them. Therefore, horse handlers/rider volunteers are also going to be needed! You are going to have to shoot me an email and remind me beforehand but I have a 2 horse (without divider) and the availability of a four horse if I get enough notice.

I'll take any helping job I can. I have that whole day off, so I can be there all day. Let me know how I can help!

If you're still looking for an office helper, I can do that. Maybe someone to hand out numbers or something? I'll take just about anything.

I would love to help being a handler, none of you have met me, but I really praise all of you for all that you do, and would love to help.... I think handling would be right up my alley, I really wanted to bring the Arabian I rescued, but she needs a little more training and a little more time and I need alot more of both!!! No but, I am pretty good when it comes to ground work and would enjoy handling horses for you all day! Let me know if you have any need for me, and I will be there!

Also, I have an old 2 place trailer, without a divider though, if that would be of any help, I will be coming from Cle Elum, and can stop any where on the way, or even out of the way if need be. Let me know

It would be pretty awesome to have people in the office who have worked a show office before. It can get pretty crazy down there with class additions and scratches. Jenny and Emily did an great job last year and I'd love it if they were both available for it.
Those who want to volunteer at the show and don't have a specific task yet, Just show up. I will be at the showgrounds by 6:30am to get set up and we will need people at that time so come and find me or Jet or Bonnie or Jennie or anyone with a purple shirt who looks like they know what they are doing.
Since the show starts at 8am (right?) we will need an army by 7am to hang fliers, posters, direct traffic, set up trails, etc. And we will need help after the show to remove fliers, banners, trails, etc. If anyone has any questions about specific tasks, post here or PM me.

I can take a shift directing traffic if no one else wants to.
