Does anyone know anything about this rescue? On the surface, they look pretty good. I thought this statement was a little odd, though: "We are umbrella'd under a parter 501c3 so if you are interested in making a tax deductable donation, please contact us for more info. " It makes me wonder who their partner is and why they didn't state that... I see their ads on craigslist all the time. drawrescue.webs.com/

I'm familiar with this rescue - the rescue founder and director was one of the admins on a local Pit Bull Rescue forum and she worked closely with the pit rescue that I was a foster home for a few years ago. DRAW takes in all breeds and the rescue I worked with usually coordinated shelter pulls or transport with them.
Not sure if you're looking to adopt a dog or just want to know more about DRAW, so I'll just give the generals. This was my experience about 5 years ago, YMMV.
They're one of the better rescues around - they don't take in more dogs than they have funds and foster homes for, don't dump dogs on foster homes and disappear, spend the money for the food, care, vet, etc, are thorough with potential adopters (including home visits, references, etc), are very clear and open about the dog's "issues", and do take dogs back if it doesn't work out. They were very active and generous with local shelters and other rescues to help out with fosters, pulling dogs out of shelters, temperment tests, reference checks/site visits, and transport.
DRAW has been around for a long time and they've seen a lot of crazy stuff. So, they can be very vocal in their opinions and views - that said, the DRAW folks who participated in the pit bull forum were generally very reasonable, open to debate, and never got personal or dramatic.
Hope that helps.
