Yes, one person is seeing her this weekend and I have one other person that is submitting an application. So cross your fingers!

After seeing her at the show, she should have people fighting over her. She was very well behaved and really did not look far from being ready for the "real" shows. Monica, you did such a great job with her! She was amazingly solid for her first time out.

I hope she is over her heat cycle when her first potential adopter comes. She was dazed and happy last night, in her own little world, and not a picnic to ride when she is like that. Mare Magic, anyone?
I have certainly enjoyed working with her and it'll be cool to see what her own person is able to bring out of her. She is a special girl!

Did Cedar County Queens adoption go through? Is it time to move her to the Home At Last thread?

I am so excited to bring Cedar home. I met her first at the SAFE show when our drill team, Cowgirl Spirit Rescue Drill Team, performed. Have you ever just looked in the eyes of a horse and just knew you were meant to be together? That is how I felt about Cedar. I love my horse Shakirah, another rescue, and know that love is unlimited when it comes to rescues that you have a connection with. I know that Cedar and Shakirah will enjoy each other and both be adored by me! I am just finishing my shed rows and paddock areas and plan to bring Cedar home soon. When I got online and saw the "pending" attached to Cedar's blog, I was thrilled!!!!! She is a very special girl and will be treated as special as she is!!!!

Oh, wow, I didn't know you got her! She is gorgeous and so sensible - you are going to make a great team. What are your plans for her?

I know she's got her adotion pending, but I wanted to share some nice photos taken last week before the rain came in: Look at the tail!! And her nice forward trot: She is such fun to ride and really likes having a job. She has been a delight to work with

I am very saddened to report that Cedar's adoption has fallen through to no fault of her own. Her adopter had a family medical emergency come up and she cannot commit to taking on another horse right now.

Oh NO I was so hoping Cedar would get her own home! Good wishes to Lise and her family, however...I hope all turns out ok. You're good folk!
