I have no idea where the horses are now that were seized. We were not involved in this at all or contacted by the county. They could possibly be at Mission Farrier School, where they put the Elledge stallions last year. Or the auctionhouse up in Everson. I do have the address if anyone wants to try and drive by the property and see the horses that are left. They aren't too far from the road.

I didn't realize they did not seize them all. Too bad. The mare I'm most concerned about is a black mare, 17 hands, very attractive.

Does anyone know anything more about this? I've tried SnoCo Animal Control several times, and the farrier school. The county hasn't called back and the farrier school said, sorry, try the county. I understand, but it's frustrating.

Per the Pasado's Safe Haven website, the trial call date for this case is January 29 at 1PM at the Mission Building in Everett.
I assume the county believes it has a strong case, as I have what might be useful evidence in this case and have not heard from the prosecutor OR Animal Control.
