Who wouldn't want that cute little bundle of Arabian baby beauty?
I'm not sure if the pending adopter is more lucky or smart!!

I would venture to say pending adopter is lucky AND smart. Ariel is a well bred little filly. And has an awesome temperment. She almost makes me like Ay-rabs

I remember meeting Ariel when she was practically a newborn and she was so smart and personable. That's the hardest part about SAFE's horses is deciding which one to adopt!

Photos of Ariel with "crickert", her new potential mom. Getting a scratch: Helping her scratch: More scratches, please! Somebody's been munching on my mane, and his name rhymes with "Naughty"! "Naughty Scotti" had fun with the lead ropes while Ariel got her scritches:

Ariel's adoption has been approved! She will be adopted by our own "crickert" who lives in Shelton. She will be picking her up as soon as she can arrange transportation. Congratulations Christine! You got a wonderful little filly!

Thanks! I feel very lucky and of course I'll keep everyone updated with pictures.
Now I just need to find transportation as I'm not an experienced hauler and don't feel comfortable doing it myself. So, if anyone knows of someone who would be interested, please let me know.
I'm getting quotes from Silver Bullet and Bob Hubbard, as well.

So, if anyone knows of someone who would be interested, please let me know. I'm getting quotes from Silver Bullet and Bob Hubbard, as well. Crickert. I am going to be hauling a horse to Carnation on Saturday. How far is Ariel from there? (I live in Oregon so do not know the geography of Washington well.) I will be coming back down I-5 on the way home. So it is possible we could do it for you. Email me with the address and I can let you know for sure and give you a price quote. You can ask Cat67 for references if you want to as we have hauled for her before. Laurie
