SAFE has an immediate need for foal blankets - preferably waterproof. We need several of varying sizes from 3 months to yearling size.
If you have anything please email me at jaime@safehorses.org.
Thanks!

My little guy has pretty much outgrown his waterproof 52 inch blanket. His butt sticks out of it now, so I'm going to have to invest in a bigger size. You are welcome to it. Where does it need to get to?

Thank you everyone for the offers! Before anyone buys anything, let's see what folks have lying around not being used, as I know foal blankets are not the thing that folks use every year. Blankets can go to me, PM me for the address. I have one so far, I have not tried it on yet. I don't know what specific sizes we need yet. We need at least four, maybe more.

Do you need baby halters? I have a light blue breakaway colt halter that Frankie has outgrown as well. Thank you everyone for the offers! If you can send them back, we have several halters and blankets you can use. We'd just need them back in the fall. I will be in the Auburn area this Saturday if anyone is local there to take them.

I know someone at the LA Equestrian Center who has a foal that is probably growing out of things...I'll ask her what she can spare and send them along to you Jaime.

I am sending at least one, maybe more blankets tomorrow and will throw in halters of all sizes. I have tons that we don't use because they come with the babies and then they outgrow them and the next batch comes with their own.

Hi guys - we are doing good on blankets, although we could use some lighter waterproof sheets in sizes 48-60.
However, what we REALLY need are small fly masks! I have quite a few adult sized fly masks but we are inundated with baby horses here so what we really need are everything from mini sizes (for newborn foals), foal sizes, yearling sizes, pony sizes, arabian sizes. If anyone has any they are willing to donate, please let me know! Thanks!
