Oh I love it - Lark would be the perfect giraffe with her ultra long elegant neck! You could do a whole african safari theme! Giraffe, zebra and bravehearted lion!

This morning my outside /pasture water trough was empty. I followed Buck out to it, and she started to lick the bottom. i had to pull her away from it by the front buckles of her blanket before her tongue got stuck.
i pulled/walked her back to the barn trough ( w/the heater ) so she had a drink.
all of a sudden, Lark comes at a full gallop up the hill because she lost site of Buck. She came to a skidding stop by us, saw Buck hadnt disappeared and again ,at a full gallop charged back down the hill to chase Ish away from all the scattered hay piles.
My heart was in my throat, praying she wudnt fall in her pretty lil patootey and break somethng. She is very graceful wen slipping ,tho ,and luckily this time she managed to stay on all 4 feet....

Lark is, well, Lark is FAT! ;D She doesn't take after her skinny momma! Here is a beautiful butt shot of Lark: and a shot of her with Morgan, who gave SAFE $190.00 - all of her birthday present money!

At least Cardi specified who had the large butt...cuz she really sayd, *hey, nice a$$, and your horse isnt bad either*.... Lark loves to run, and run and run....kick up her heels and chase Ismael...and to watch Ish, he runs like a kid, you'd never know he had bad *ankles* ( toooo much ballet as a child ??) . First thing out of the barn in the morning is a run and a roll. I think while they are running, they are looking for that prime gooey, muuuushy, sticky muddy rolling area....all blankets should be kaki color to hide the dirt .. going in at night, Lark has a new trick, she wont go into her stall, which means that Ish wont come into the barn..so I get to play chase the pony....so when i finally can get her into the barnand close the gate , i simply tell Lark to * cell in * ( thats jailspeak) ;D ;D

Lark is hilarious. I told bnslark that I think she needs a job. She does 4th level dressage in her stall whenever she's perturbed about something. She is as hot as if she JUST came off the track, not manymany years ago! I wish the fence hadn't blocked my shot here...Miss Lark tearing up the hillside! She knows she is beautiful and poses frequently! Even covered in mud, she looks like she got lost from someone's dressage barn. That neck!

Its so nice to have had someone else here this am to watch Mz Ma'Larky do her stall dance and the pasture attack. and right behind Mz L was Mr. Ish, also running at full steam, bucking, and rolling. At least he waits to get out of the stall to be a horse. ;D and in the last pic, at least Lark stood w/ the mud caked side of her face away from the camera .. Even ol big butt, Buck, took a slide, but she got up and was ruled safe on a duble... ( if i hadnt seen her slip and land i wud have thot we'd had an earth quake ... ) and all this time LIL Clover kept on walkng around trying to tell the others that she may be small, but watch out and gimme my space !!!
