Just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the contributions made by Gypsygirl with the SAFE horses in Elma. I had the pleasure of meeting her this past weekend at Clayton's. She turned out for the work party despite the fact that her knee was in a huge brace from a very recent misshap. She has a great relationship with Clayton and Gwendie, and she has been very generous with her time helping them with upkeep on the horses and the farm. It's a big relief to many of us to know that someone like Gypsygirl is nearby and willing to help so much.
So thanks, Gypsygirl!!

Yes, hiip hip hooray! I too appreciate your presence there so much (and your neato family, too), and I'm also grateful for your always-positive can-do outlook. ;D Thank you.
Also, please tell Maddie thanks from us for hauling buckets of warm water from the house. That was too cool - she's a neat kid.

Will do CG, maybe I will give her a new nickname, Bucketgirl Hee Hee. We pick on eachother a lot, it's fun and passes the time Maddy has a good sense of humor. One of the bed and breakfast trips we went on had a neat closet that they turned into an extra sleeping area and no one likes to sleep with Maddy because she's a kicker at night, so she had to sleep in the closet. For about a year or so we called her Harriet Potter as Harry Potter had to sleep in the closet under the stairs. Hee Hee it was too funny. She can take just about anything we throw at her and is getting better at giving it back. She'll be ready for the world in no time She loves being around the horses and it is in this area she has proven to be the most responsible and consistant. I am glad she is able to be involved with these horses and see how much difference one little person can make. This will help her to understand and see that if people work together for a common goal, things that seemed hopeless are now achievable. So thank you for including her and also for the praise. This will be be a positive experience for her and something that I hope she will always keep in her heart. Thanks for helping and caring for these poor gals and Ish too everyone. Our kids are the future and it is here that I believe we must also make an effort to educate them so they can educate their kids and maybe eventually we can weed out the dorks that just don't get it and our future horses will be safe from ignorance and unkindness. Thanks guys!! Look here I have written a novel again. I always start out with the best intentions of keeping it to a couple of lines and I always fail at it. Sorry! Have a great week all!
