Does anyone have any recommendations for buying hay in the Monroe area? We have a small barn and can only store about 12-15 bales......we are currently buying Orchard Grass and also Alfalfa..... We have a utility trailer and can pick it up - just wondering if anyone knows of a good supplier with a nice quality hay. Thanks!

I don't, but if you find someone (who also sells pure grass - Orchard or Timothy) let me know. I am buying from Dayville currently and paying through the nose for it.

Also if you want to split a delivery charge at some point and store some hay in my garage you are welcome to. I can put several tons in there.

Has anyone bought from the Ellensburg Hay Company? I think they only do Timothy, but I don't know the cost.

I live in Arlington and a few times a month a guy comes from ellensburg and sets up by the bryant store and sells his hay it is really good hay at a great price. It is alfalfa grass and it is 6.95 a bale he will only deliver if you buy more then 50 bales but you can call or come up and buy from him sometimes his loads are already sold by the time he makes it here. the bales are about 75lbs but it is top notch hay real nice it is better by far then the co-op let me know if you want his number I don't like posting personal info
