Hope you're all having a wonderful start to the New Year! [glow=red,2,300][/glow] I'm going to visit more often, and start experimenting with all those little square tag things that I see in the box up above! have to entertain myself somehow!

Happy New Year!
Let this be the year when horse slaughter stops and many horses are rescued from bad situations.

Happy New Year to all creatures - two legged, four legged, and even the no-legged snakes.
And yes, twhgal, let this be the year slaughter ends and horses in need find their needs met.

I did see the call to the chatroom from Nala'sMom, but it was close to 3 am .. so I figured nobody was in any longer... Imagine, Gwen, it might have been 4 am when you went to bed IF.. New Year's Eve in Marblemount, Washington. Holy cow!! They don't mess around with fireworks up there. At exactly midnight, there was a 21 gun salute down by the river, PLUS fireworks!! It sounded like WWIII, complete with the rocket's red glare. You would have thought there would have been panic and mayhem in the paddock, but Thor and Twist slept right through it while Willow went out to the far edge of the property to watch the pretty lights! Juniper and Cedar stood guard over the hay racks just in case some magically appeared.

Happy New Year, SAFE
It was very quiet around our place last evening. The fireworks didn't really get started until 7 am this morning. Duck season is still open. Glad the horses are used to it.
Dancing-lawn (has to be a story), do visit more often but be very careful with the little square tag thingies.

I see the little square tag thingies only show up when you're starting a new post! Must start new threads repeatedly until I figure out the little square thingies. NO fireworks here in town. Was at my mom's and sister's until just after midnight, then went home. Driving through town, saw 6 other cars all going slowly, and three people walking dogs. Got home, went to bed. Slack-reins, no real story, just liked the name, it's from the lion the witch and the wardrobe, which I fell in love with when I was really small. Still have my original copies, from when I was 7.
