I feel off the band wagon for awhile, but just wanted to update everyone on my little pride and joy Bee! Aka CBER Chimee. She's the best. No buck anymore, and a handy little horse to boot! I've taken her up in the hills, and last week saw Buena when we making an attempt at sorting cows! She's my baby, and this fall she will make her barrel debut! These are old pictures, as I haven't updated them lately. Just want everyone to remember my great little girl! Before After

I remember her! Didn't you have some bucking issues with her at first? It looks like she is doing great now.

No she wasn't deemed a "bucking horse" so to speak....she just likes to buck : ) She only bucks in the arena doing that type of work...outside she is fine... She was a 2/3 year old when I got her, and she was not broke to ride...or buck I guess...but she is the biggest sweetheart you will ever meet! She is really level headed too...I took her cow sorting this fall as well...and she did amazing! She's a nice challenge for me and def. keeps me on my toes...
Originally I did send her to a trainer who after 15 days gave her back, and told me to sell her as a bucker...said she would just come unglued...turned out that guy was a fink of a trainer....Bee was the first horse I ever broke to ride...and in retrospect, she was such a doll about it...I love her to pieces!
The trails are up on Road 70 just past Greenwater on Hwy 410. I believe they are called Greenwater Trails...or something like that...it's a five mile ride to the lake and back...with lots of fun bridges and three or so river crossings...I would highly reccomend the trails~!~ I can't wait to go again next summer! I went up several times this year and never got tired of seeing those gorgeous lakes!

Oh, thanks for the update. I remember Bee. She gave you a real run for your money for awhile. I'm so happy to hear that it has worked out with her. She has grown into a beautiful mare. You've done a good job with her. Pam
