HOLY COW. This is amazing, just about too good to be true. I cannot believe this is him, he is gorgeous, and there is NO WAY he is 32yrs old!!!! I would say 10....

I am absolutely amazed at how he looks! You have done a wonderful job with him! You certainly can't tell his age by looking at him. I think he is so happy to have this new chance at life! Thanks to PEC for everything they have done for him.
