Walkie talkies seem to have sprouted legs I will not be bringing our Motorolas but my husband has one set of two-ways so at least the main arena steward and announcer can communicate. I think Lynn is bringing two and if anyone else has any PLEASE bring them, it's a BIG place and saves a LOT of running if you can tell someone something right away. Specifically, I would think it would be helpful for the Ring Stewards & warm up stewards to be able to communicate with the main announcer, so I would think ideally we'd have 6.

I can bring our Motorolas. That would be great too! Whew... sorry we can't find ours. Les is too funny....he said "Didn't we last use that on a drive up from California?"...uh...Les, that was when I MOVED HERE in 1999....and I am almost positive we didn't get this particular set of walkie talkies until a cruise in 2004. Oh well....it all works out, thanks to everyone!

I gave my 50' tape measure to the people running the gaming, but never got it back. I'd like it back please, it's kind of sentimental for me. It was my uncle's who passed away last year. It's an old, silver Stanley one.

It's an old, silver Stanley one. The gaming folks said that they put it into a rubbermaid tote box that had the ribbons & prizes along with the stop-watch. I grabbed the stop watch out later when we did the bribe-a-horse but didn't take out the tape measure. I will ask a few more sources but when Bonnie gets back, maybe she can take a double check on that box as I think it was hers (a flatter/longer box with a lid)
