That gives us four, I think that's plenty. :-) Thank you!!! Anybody willing to pick up ice? The best ICE tip ever.... ANY McDonalds will fill your ice chest, especially in the morning...just come in (the earlier, the better...it's harder when they're super busy) and wheel your ice chest in and they will fill it! We do it all the time

Good news this morning, Fred Meyers just called and confirmed they would give us $50 for purchasing. Jet, is there a McDonalds close to Donida? I may have time to try that tip out. Also, since we'll have electricity, I think I'm just going to bring a coffee maker and brew it fresh for those that like the kick start their day. It's way cheaper, better tasting, and I can do one pot at a time so I don't have to guess how much coffee people may want in the morning. :-)

There is a McDonalds in Auburn right off the exit from Hwy 18. It's about 15 minutes from the showgrounds but probably the closest one.

Okay, just with the money from Safeway and Fred Meyer I was able to pick up 3 cases of soda, 3 cases of water, apple juice and cranberry juice. I picked up 22 small bags of chips, 24 individual cheese and crackers, and some individual packs of popcorn. I got napkins, plates, and cups and sugar, splenda, and half/half for the coffee.
I'll unload everything then make a trip to McDonalds. You're sure they don't mind people wheeling their coolers in and asking them to fill it with ice? I'm a little trepidatious on that one but I'll trust you if you say so. :-)
Friday I'm hitting Costco and picking up muffins for breakfast and some more snackie things.
I think that's actually plenty so I'm not going to hit up any more places for donations. They can use that money for another charity that could use it. :-)
If anybody else wants to bring something (sweets or snacks) I would appreciate it. :-)

I am sure, we do it at our local McD's and I can't remember where we heard it from but it was from somewhere else...apparently they like to rotate their ice stock or something....so YAY!
I can have Les stop at ours and bring a cooler too.

Top Foods in Woodinville called me at work today, they gave us a $25.00 gift card that I'll be picking up on my way home. And that's nice and close to Costco so I'll be able to pick up produce from there. ;D
