VENDORS please note that if you do plan on setting up on Friday, you will need to pay for the space for two days and if you plan on camping out, those fees will also apply. Please PM me and I will get you set up!

For those of you interested in pitching a tent to sell an idea or product (or you know someone who would like to) we will have a fabulous place in the heart of the action. Your booth will not be missed.

There is a $10 fee per day (overnight parking is $20) to Donida (Thank you Allison) and we are hoping that vendors will make an additional donation up front or part of the proceeds collected to SAFE.

We will provide the space and electrical outlets, you must provide the rest. You can also offer food items although be aware you must not compete with the snack shack which offers hamburger-type things. Anything else is fair game.

I have not yet set the time that we will have set up on Friday available. I need to be there and I may be hauling horses in. However, I am thinking it will be around 4:30pm and it will be on a first come/first serve basis with the exception of a couple that have also paid to sponsor some portion of this event. I will verify the set up time as soon as possible.

OK VENDORS!

I now have a lot more information I can share and a lot more information I will need from you. I am so jazzed about this.

What a great venue this is going to be for everyone. Just to let you know, the vendor area (if you haven't seen it before) is right in the heart of the pedestrian area; between parking, arenas and food. No one will be able to avoid your booth!

I am your contact for the vendor portion. Cost is a nominal $10 fee, and then we ask for a donation and/or portion of the proceeds for SAFE. The $10 goes to Donida for the use of their space and electricity.

Electric outlets are fairly plentiful but you must bring your own power cords as we will not be able to supply you. The outlets are only on one side and therefore those further away will definitely need longer cord.

If vendors are amenable to this, setting up the morning of would probably be preferable. It's my understanding that the $10 is per day, not per show, so they will owe $20 for Fri/Sat and if they are camping another $20 or $30 for a camp spot. Even if they are just parking a truck on the grounds overnight, it ain't free.
