VENDORS please note that if you do plan on setting up on Friday, you will need to pay for the space for two days and if you plan on camping out, those fees will also apply. Please PM me and I will get you set up!
For those of you interested in pitching a tent to sell an idea or product (or you know someone who would like to) we will have a fabulous place in the heart of the action. Your booth will not be missed.
There is a $10 fee per day (overnight parking is $20) to Donida (Thank you Allison) and we are hoping that vendors will make an additional donation up front or part of the proceeds collected to SAFE.
We will provide the space and electrical outlets, you must provide the rest. You can also offer food items although be aware you must not compete with the snack shack which offers hamburger-type things. Anything else is fair game.
I have not yet set the time that we will have set up on Friday available. I need to be there and I may be hauling horses in. However, I am thinking it will be around 4:30pm and it will be on a first come/first serve basis with the exception of a couple that have also paid to sponsor some portion of this event. I will verify the set up time as soon as possible.

You will need your own table and tent.

- email and website addresses
- whether you need electricity
- How much space you think you will need
- Will you be setting up Friday late afternoon or Saturday Morning early?
