OK. I'll do the same thing and add some more boarding barns, etc. from down here in Thurston county. Now that The Trails End is closed, there might be more interest down here from people who were doing the Poorman's schooling shows at the Trails.

Guys, we are getting a pretty dismal response from people who want to help with the pre-show tasks, and Bonnie and I are starting to feel like we may not be able to pull this show off this year. Remember, we both work full time jobs and are both competing our own horses this year, so it is just not possible for us to pull this off without a LOT of help! We don't want to cancel this event, so please, step up and help with one of the pre-show tasks on Page 1 of this thread!!!

I'm only 16(almost 17(one week!)) but if there's something more i can do let me know I just got to let you guys know, not many are willing to work with a 17 year old, even if she is responsible And I joined 4-H this year so I work with my horses alot and my club. But if there's something I can do, please, let me know I'll be glad to help. And I think I can get some of my high school buddies to help out to. Helping a rescue with horseys is community service

I'm a bit far from the venue and not quite sure what needs to be taken care of but I can certainly set up volunteer refreshments for the day. I'll also come to the event and can be put to work doing whatever needs to be done. I'll probably be bringing my 9 year old stepdaughter and she can certainly help too.
I don't know if anything needs to be done the days before the show at the location in Monroe but if any help is needed there, I'd be happy to do stuff. :-)

Beta, THANK YOU!
We usually have a bunch of people bringing food and drink for the volunteers, and we can purchase whatever else we need. If you could just start a thread for Volunteer Hospitality to keep track of who is bringing what, and then take charge of getting everything set up in a good location on the morning of the show, that would be so great. If you have any questions about what to do, please PM me. And again, thank you for offering to do this. Really!

Anything I can do from afar.. please let me know. Not sure if I can make the show or not, I have some other things I really want/need to do this summer with my own horse(s).

Sounds good. I'll go ahead and create that thread closer to the date. :-) Beta, THANK YOU! I didn't see my name attached to anything yet. Do you want me to do English ring steward or dressage?
