I sent a few to Jaime awhile back. I'll try a take some more this week. They are growing and looking better all the time. Still need a bath but that won't happen any time soon so they are greasy from the rain rot medicine.

Aiden is 357 Lbs and a sweetie. He is on the power pak worming and got debugged yesterday too. Sister, Lola is the boss. He loves being petted. The rainrot patches are growing new hair and he is shedding. I think there's going to be spots under there. Can't wait to see what he looks like slick and healthy. He is too cute!

Thia one was taken a few weeks ago too. Bonnie has yesterdays pix. Until he sheds out he will look rough because of the rain rot patches.

Well, the date has been set for Aiden with Dr Hanna for his....attitude ajustment. April 1 is the date. Not that this sweet boy has been any troulbe at all... just not ever being a sire is in his future.

He is sure a cutie. Does he have a dusting of white across his back? I can hardly wait to see him shed out.

Aiden got his feet trimmed yesterday and he was wonderful. He is shedding and I can see little spots on his butt. Julie held Lola while we did Aidens feet because she likes to help. After that we took a little walk-about around the yard and in the round pen. He was so calm. Even when I took him out of sight of Lola. He is so sweet!

Those appies seem to have such good minds. I don't know much about them, but the ones I have met through SAFE (Lola, Aiden, Holly, Dory) have all been easy-going, sensible horses. Coincidence?

Not sure Lola fits so neatly into that catagory. She is half Arab and rules her world! But most that I have met have been easy to get a long with.

Well, maybe just the full-appies then

But that would disqualify Dory, so that's not right. Maybe its just Lola. She is a showgirl, after all....

Dr Hanna came out yesterday to give Aiden his shots and do his surgery. BUT Aiden had other ideas...his other testacle hasn't dropped. So, he got shots and an adjustment on his neck. We will make an other plan of attack in a few weeks. He was a very good boy. The weather was cold, snowy and awful. Better to wait for warmer weather anyway.

I never knew that horses hair can matt. Aiden and Lola are shedding big time and it's matting. I used the furminator on them sunday. Aiden was not impressed and was not interested in letting me near him yesterday with that thing. Stealing his hair was not his idea of fun.

Aiden is still scruffy looking but shedding the matts. Soon he will be beautiful! Daphine was out today to trim his feet. He was a pretty good boy.
