These two girls aren't who you guys have in mind. They are two friends; one of them worked for Fran before she moved to Idaho. They've acquired some of their horses, like Star, via "free" ads on CL. They are abusive hoarders...

As a former member of ABR, this is no great surprise. The number of scams perpetrated on those butterhearts just keeps growing.

Little Lola is a spitfire...she's got lots of attitude especially when food is near and her little ears will go flat back (but she doesn't do anything except try to look mean, which is really just cute, but if one of them had to be named Devil, it should have been her!). ... I always get what I aim for And you heart'n soul is what I came for ...Whatever Lola wants ...Lola gets ...You'll never win I'm irresistible, you fool, Give in...Give in...Give in.(From "Whatever Lola Wants, Lola Gets....") I think Lola is turning out to be a perfect name for this little girl! ;D That's probably a very fitting song for Miss Lola! I have a Lola of my own (feline form) and we know ALL the Lola songs. When I was teaching my Grandson how to spell Lola I taught him the mildest verse of the Kinks version of Lola..."L-O-L-A...La La La La LOLA" and he promptly went home and sang it to MOM Of course she was initially concerned why Nana was teaching Daemon songs about a Cross-dressing, night-clubbing boy(s) *boys will be girls* but then she realized we were really just learning how to spell Lola and all was forgiven Jimmy Buffett has a Lola Song too: Frank & Lola "on a second honeymoon in Pensacola" Which is initially why we named OUR Lola that...but it soon progressed to "Her name is Lola...she is a show-cat" etc... THIS new Lola just might someday become a Show Girl At least she has future...she can be anything, thanks to her new lease on LIFE !!

Lola got her feet done today as well...she was a very good girl and we had no issues getting her done quickly. She really likes attention, she just likes to act grumpy but as soon as you start petting her, her little ears come up. She's just insecure and trying to tell us she's a tough girl. It's absolutely adorable.

Well today as I was walking the handsome Scottie around Lola did a "HEY look at me" run and kicked up her heels. And yes both Scottie and I noticed her.

Lola seems to approve of their new foster home. It was nice enough today that I took the blankets off for a little while. She does like her beauty shop! A girl has to look good.

Lola is also growing and doesn't have as much rain rot as Aiden had. She is still putting on the tough girl act but once you touch her the ears come back up. Silly filly!! She sometimes will stand to have her blanket on and off. She is getting the leading down but would prefer if we did it her way. They are starting to shed. can't wait to see the color under all that hair.

A Lola update... She weighs 333Lbs and is looking much better than when she came her. She is on a power pak worming program right now and got debugged yesterday. She is shedding. They play now and it's fun to watch them. I will take pictures this week.

Babies all go through that ugly duckling stage. I bet she will be turning into a beauty as she matures.
I can not remember, are they purebred appys?
