I have recreated the posters to enlarge the writing when in 8.5X11" format. I will post as many as I can and if anyone else would like to print their own, I can send the poster to anyone who would like it. PM me if you do.

Great idea, everyone I have distributed them to has commented on the super small writing. Also, how about adding the basic info of PRICE, APPETIZERS, BEER AND WINE FOR PURCHASE
I hand wrote it on the ones I delivered, but it sure looks tacky, I have pretty bad writing
The picture is really stunning, but lack of info, and unreadable info won't get people in the door. Can you send some to me? PM me and I will get you a mailing address

HeART of the Horse VOLUNTEER MEETING(s) Saturday - April 4th @ 12:00 noonPractical Kit Co/D.L.Roope Administrations 5013 Pacific Highway E. Suite 3 Fife WA 98424 (the far left corner of the Fife Business Park) This will be the staging area for the Art & Displays. We need to practice assembling & breaking down the display walls and plan how we're going to show the art that has been donated. We will not be able to install the art until the morning of the show so having a plan in place will be helpful. and then....it's show day.... SUNDAY, APRIL 5th!!!! VOLUNTEERS NEEDED at 8:00amWe need 4 volunteers to show up again at the Fife Location to caravan the displays & art to the event site: We have the use of a pick up truck and at least one, if not two SUV's for moving items. Everyone else should show up at 8:00am at the Abbey Ballroom 1902 South Fawcett Street Tacoma WA 98042 We will need help with food as well as unloading, assembling & installing the art. We have approximately 3 hours to get the basics up before the ARTIST MEETING at 11:00amThe adult beverage guy will arrive at 1:00pm to set up the bar & will need a little help. Then probably one of the most critical things we need to get done....CLEAN UP!!! We need as many people who can stay and help clean up, break down & get the stuff out of there as possible. The more we have the less time we have to spend doing it. It's already going to be a very long day PLEASE PM me if you have not already been assigned a volunteer position. Does anyone have any of the following laying around that could be donated for the Art Show? Tumblers (short fat plastic cups) 8 oz & 10 oz - qty/300 small paper plates for food 6, or 7 inch - qty/300 cocktail napkins - qty/300 plastic forks coffee cups, 6 or 8 oz - qty/75 We'll buy them if needed but I just want to check to see if anyone might have a supply left over from a party that we can use rather than spend money that horses can use...if you know what I mean!? PM me if you have anything you can donate....thanks

I had to join Facebook to look at the event site. It looks like it will be a great event and I wish I were closer and I would come to it. I wish you guys a lot of success.

Just to entice some of you to come to the art show..... There's also several other art & photography pieces that are non-equine specific as well as some fun Horse themed items. I'd also like to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Lionsgate North Apartments in Redmond who DONATED...not lent..but GAVE us 15 Portable Walls to display art on at the show. We discovered that rental of such items was way outside our budget & so we looked on Craigs List for "deals". The going rate was $25 - $30 per panel and Lionsgate gave us 15...mostly BIG ones too!
