Leah, are you planning on being here tomorrow to get Little Miss ready for the show? Baths, clipped?
Monica, will you be getting Cedar ready at Julie's?
What classes are you planning on entering? Have you filled out an entry form yet?
Cleaned your tack? (Leah, what saddle are you planning on using on LM?) Note: I have ordered (and they should be here tomorrow) lavender-colored All-purpose size saddle pads for our three SAFE horses to wear.
Monica, we are still working on arranging hauling for Cedar. I have 3 horses to haul and only a 2 horse trailer. I have some options, but let me know if you have any. We'll need to figure out what time to meet at Julie's to pick her up.
Leah - please plan on being at my house by 6am, we will probably be leaving shortly thereafter.
I'll be hauling Haley and Dr. Hannah has her covered, but wanted to make sure we all had a plan for these two. We will have volunteers available to hold the horses between classes and such, and Bonnie *might* be bringing some panels for a corral to use in between classes, but I am mainly counting on you two to take charge of the horses for the day. I'm working tomorrow but I think Allison is available to help as needed with getting them readyl.
Thanks! Jaime

I planned on cleaning Haley up as I don't imagine Dr. Hannah would have the time to. I can bathe whoever, wherever, I just need to know who needs it. I though I might ride Cedar or Little Miss too, if needed. I have tomorrow off from work (woohoo!!) so let me know where I need to be! ARE WE EXCITED YET!!!!

Allison, that would be awesome. I know Hannah is coming out to ride Haley tomorrow but I am not sure if she has time to get her ready or not. Leah came out and rode Little Miss today and she was going to try to come tomorrow but might not be able to so if she doesn't and you have time to ride her, that would be great. If we can get the horses bathed and clipped and at least wearing sheets (I think putting them in stalls would stress them both out though), then hopefully they will stay somewhat clean. And I'd love some help here cleaning out my trailer and packing and cleaning tack and whatever else I have forgotten....

Allison... if you could give LM a bath tomorrow... that would be great! I rode her today and she was awesome... she is so easy, I'm not worried about her! (But if you feel like riding, go for it!!)
You are the best, Allison! And yes I am so excited!!

I think Monica has Cedar handled so I will be at Jaime's in the afternoon to bathe the girls and clean the trailer out. What saddles are LM and Haley going in? I will clean their bridles at the very least.

Jaime, sorry, didn't log in yesterday because of craziness, but possibly we could use Julie's trailer, which is a three horse? I'll call her and ask. I know she has a busy schedule that day so I doubt she can haul Cedar herself. PS: My tack is at home for cleaning (not quite the same thing as actually having cleaned it and the elves seem to have ignored it even after I left it out and Cedar will get a bath this afternoon. We had a really good ride yesterday evening. As for classes, Alison wanted me to go in Showmanship so Cedar could go for rescue high point, as well as the W-T, W-T-C and equitation. Julie has lent a brand new leather halter so Cedar looks spiffy. That's great about the saddle pads - one less thing to wash - I'll bring a black one just in case. I am making an "adopt me" sash for cedar and if I have time I'll make another one too. PPS: Alison, I'll probably get on Cedar briefly this evening, just to stay in tune. PPPS: Jaime, I talked to Julie last night about feed - she'll put Cedar's breakfast "to go" outside her stall. I have a clean new (and purple) bucket for water we can bring.

That is a great idea about the sashes, would you have time to make one for Haley??? I will be surprised if the beautiful girls don't get some serious interest at Bridle Trails!! Cross your fingers that they are on their best behaviour!!
