Not really, as I am unable to attend the garage sale itself, however, I would be willing to transport it to Woodinville where I work if someone else is able to pick it up from there. I can come get it in Woodinville - just let me know when

Amy- let me know if you have some time this week/weekend or next week and I'd be happy to bring the goods over to your house. Redmond- do you want met to just drop off all the books I have and then you can return to me whatever you don't end up selling? I know you expressed some concern about having too many books.
ETA- Amy if you don't want some random internet person to drop stuff off at your house, let me know what's convenient and I'd be happy to meet wherever that is. =D

What I would probably end up doing is anything that didn't sell (that no volunteer wanted to buy for a substantially reduced cost) that wasn't "keep worthy" for another sale - I would donate to another charity.

that is 100% fine with me! I just wanted to make the books available without creating a burden.

I got an email from a gal in Redmond who has items to donate. I emailed her back inquiring on what they were; so, depending on her response, I may need assistance picking things up.
She was sent our way by Kim from Organize to Order.

I could put somethings into a box and ship them to you Valerie. I have books and movie videos. I also have a brand new pair of Ariat field boots that are too small for me...size 7 but tall narrow, so I don't know if you think you'll be able to sell them or not...it's a weird size (I think they are for tall skinny girls, REALLY skinny legs!).
I have one of those oiled overcoats that looked cool in principle, but I NEVER wear it since, well, I live in a freaking desert. What was I thinking??
Anyway, if you think any of this sounds good I can do up a box and ship some stuff to you.

But if so - I am pm'ing you my address! thanks!!

My ears perked up but then I realized, if they don't fit YOUR calves, they are not going to fit mine! You are thinner than I am! Or are they just too long in the calf? I think they can be cut down. I'm a 6.5 but really do need some boots to show in, and boots actually feel better with fuzzier socks so I don't mind a little extra space.

No, they are NARROW. I tried like hell to pull them on a couple of times and the last time I was worried that I'd jammed my foot in so far that I was stuck!! There was no way I was going to get my foot to the bottom of that boot.

There was no way I was going to get my foot to the bottom of that boot. Well, that's ok - anyone who jams their leg in and can't get it out at the garage sale buys'em. You jam it - you buy it. Them's the rules.

Re leftover books - there's a Half Price Books in Lynnwood, Hwy 99 and 196th. They buy used books - though not for very much. I could take any leftovers to HPB to sell if anyone wanted to do that.
