The pictures are great - I hadn't seen cat67 riding, nor the "locked on target" "grass is mine" ones yet, and look at that RUMP! You'd think she had an office job with that butt. I love the 5th picture down of potential adopter - anthropomorphizing here, but I swear they have the same happy, bright expressions.

I just LOVE how she wags that short tail like a dog when she is trotting! Those two do make a nice pair, well suited to each other size wise. Hopefully she loves Little Miss as much as we do!

Yes, I watched her ride and Little Miss seemed very happy with her, as the pictures show. Your right Cat, she is on her way to rotundo. I rode her myself for a little bit this afternoon, just to get her some exercise. Keeping my other mares in line just isn't quite enough work for her.

They look great together! Hope it's a match.
My horse Willy clicks in one hock - I believe that is cartilage, a bit disconcerting until you are used to it. I was told not to worry about it on another horse, so it has never bothered me with him - in fact, I rarely even hear it anymore.

Well, unfortunately, the young girl who tried Little Miss found another horse that was a better match for her, so Little Miss is still looking for a home.

Little Miss says she is sorry she couldn't go live with that nice girl. In the meantime, she has consented to keep us in her employ as her domestic staff while she waits for a better deal to come along. She says the service here is "adequate". She is very much in season right now but pretty polite about it. An occasional squeal and an inordinate interest on the part of her and Rose in each other's hindquarters, but not at all difficult.

Here is a picture from today. I was trying to capture her rich color but I don't know if it will come across on the computer screens or not. Anyway....

She continues to do well and is definitely ready for a job! She has also realized that when we take our other two out for a trail ride, we always come back - so she no longer gets anxious when we leave with them. A couple whinnies, and back to grazing, nice and relaxed. She is an easy horse to be around, and an easy keeper, too - from what I understand, a big plus in a Thoroughbred. Thanks for asking about her!

Well teamjj, if you are considering adopting, you are certainly welcome to come out and meet her. She is a real love!

Little Miss is next up for a video so we can tempt potential adopters with that nice movement she has... Alison has agreed to be her rider.
Janice, I'll email you about that once after Celebrate the Horse, because that is going to keep me busy through this weekend.
