I was in a meeting and could not watch the entire coverage. Does anyone know the specifics on each amendment, what they were and if they were included or not?

HR 503 was accepted WITHOUT Amendments

No neither amendment was included ~ they were voted out. One was for the cultural exception and the other would require them to prove that the rescues could handle the horses not being slaughtered before the bill would be inacted (sp?).
