WOW, look at all the pretty horses you have helped. We have something in common, my mare KA Kahlua is a Khemosabi great grandaughter. She will be 25 this year. I also rescued her.

You have a lot to be very proud of Chelsea, lots of amazing success stories there! Can't wait to see the final JR and Heidi pictures. We are very grateful and proud to have you as a SAFE foster home! Thank you!

This was for sure not something I did on my own. Juliane was involved with all except Paris who I purchased first. Juliane was so willing to help me haul horses from the lot and always super willing to take beautiful photos. All of these were hers except the ones of Paris which Cat took and the crappy ones......I took those Juliane also made it possible for me to take Parelli......I was in California on a business trip and had declined taking him.....Juliane heard and offered him a place while I was gone. She also started Connor and was there for the dental and castration when I could not be there. She made him the loving trusting guy he was when we left him in Oregon with Cat. Also Cat was the one who snagged Four Hoofed Clover and saved her from certain disaster. Cat's big heart and willingness to take a chance made it possible for me to know sweet funnyface Clovie! KidHolly and Goodhaven from the CBER bb made it possible for me to know Dally and Sarge and those two have left permanant hoof prints on my heart. They were super silly faces tonite and I love them so for putting a smile on my face at the end of a very long week. Safe has made it possible for me to have Heidi and JR and those two are making me more and more rewarded every day.....when JR breaks into a gallop and does a sliding cow pony stop in my sand round pen and when I can walk right up to little Heidi and slip a halter on her with out her even blinking it is more rewarding than any job, degree, fancy car, designer purse I can think of......seems hard to believe those things once were a measuring point of success in my life Thanks guys and I hope to have a few more of these to post with SAFE's help!

I think Dally is my favorite rescue story ever and it was such a pleasure working with you on Clover, Connor and Sanka.
JR can canter? We need pictures! He must be feeling much better.

Awwwwwwwww- I LOVE THEM!!!!!! Thanks Cat for posting this- I never have my camera ready. Sarge power naps but Dally rarely lays down as I think his knees make it painful for him to get back up. What a pair of cuties!

I look forward to it ;D
I keep saying it, but one of these days, I really am going to come over and meet some of our rescues and say hi to everyone. Maybe I'll get the chance to do that at the show.

Hey winterlakes. I'm so happy to see that they're all doing so well - even blossoming. I met you and some of them at the CBER prize ride a year ago. Have some nice memories of that day and that's due to your generosity. Hope that all is well.
