Today I and a couple other people went and rescued an arab/appy gelding. He is about 150lbs underweight and was living in horrible conditions. He is sweet though and has a lot of potiental. He is about 16.1 hands and was told he is about 6yrs old. He is broke to ride. I will be riding/working him (once he is in condition) and be in charge of all his feed and stuff like that...So I guess you could say he is half mine . Pictures!!! After pictures soon to come !

He is a pretty boy and in fairly good condition. Wish I could help with names but I can't even name my own baby! I think he does look like a Scout though! ;D

I like Emanon . Texas as well. I like Scout, but it is a pretty common name for a horse. I am trying to find something as different as possible . I have been searching on different websites and magazines and here are some names I have come up with- Cash Noah Dasher Fabio Braveheart Hollywood Picasso Sultan Othello Zorro Taskin Zeus Casanova Clickatat Dutch Picante Cheif Roper Pizazz Wasabi Bellagio Dazzle Okay everyone....Which ones do you think fit best? ?

Okay well No Name needs an update, because several new things have happend 1. He hurt himself 2. He gained weight 3. he got a bath and got clipped and 4. He now has a name! As for number one... He got his back foot jammed in the roundpen and then drug the roundpen about 10ft. His ankle is very swollen and bruised, but thankfully nothing more. For number 2, we taped him today and he has gained 16lbs!!!! in 2 days!!! number 3...Very good for his bath, and was good for the clippers, except on his nose, someone must have hit him there.... And yay! No Name has a name! We had a group discussion on this (everyone on the property, about 10 people) and we decided on Bellagio. Bello for short. So thats whats up with Bello this afternoon. His foot should be better in a few days...So we will see!
